The implementation and integration of BACSTEL-IP within larger organisations could impact core financial systems and business processes or it can be a very straightforward task of implementing a BACSTEL connection. Whatever the requirement, SAA have the capability and experience to implement the solution effectively.

SAA is able to offer our customers three levels of assistance according to individual requirements.

Level One: Quick Start Installation

The initial level of installation is for those companies who wish SAA to install the REIMS BACSTEL-IP System (BIPS) as a straightforward BACS solution.

This intermediate level of support is for companies wanting SAA to install and configure REIMS BIPS and will be appropriate for those companies that have a more complex application infrastructure and payment authorisation process.

SAA can offer a premium level of implementation to ensure that an effective implementation of BACSTEL-IP is carried out for and on behalf of our customers. Project tasks would include audit of capability, review of security requirements, identification of payment authorisation procedures, registration with sponsoring bank, HSM configuration, end-to-end testing with Voca and disaster recovery planning. The level of service required would be identified and agreed in a project definition study and the project will be signed off after a formal review to ensure that all objectives have been met.
