Process Management (OPS) Process Automation REIMS Open Process Server (OPS) is an advanced, standards based, process management server which facilitates the automation of B2B and EAI processes and can be used to synchronise multiple application updates as well as long running processes. If the requirement for exchange is collaboration or process synchronisation, there is a need to define and control the systems and the operational (human) interactions of the process. REIMS Secure Commerce Gateway includes the REIMS OPS to support these requirements. REIMS OPS supports advanced control mechanisms and includes a multi-level audit so that transactions can be reconciled to and from the application and trading partners.
Open Document Register To complement the process management server, there is specific additional support in REIMS for the common commercial transactions. REIMS Open Document Register (ODR) has all the functionality to enable a standard interface to be utilised irrespective of the actual content type of the transaction (EDI, XML, etc.). REIMS ODR also acts as an intermediate control point allowing documents to be viewed, printed or amended and it has an advanced archiving system that facilitates historic retention of transactions such as invoices.
